What are you giving Jesus for his Birthday?

Oh, this is a tough one, What are you giving Jesus for his birthday?

Those of you who truly know him, What do we give to someone who owns it all?

Oh, BTW, I don't need to hear all of the date stuff. Tomorrow is the day that we chose to celebrate the Birth of our Lord.

I always donate to my church and at Christmas I give them extra plus a bottle of Cognac to the priest.

I give him my hands to do as He wishes. My feet to go where He wants me. My mouth to speak of Him, and my heart because He has earned my complete trust, despite my human limitations. I *try* to give Him these things every day, because He gives me every day first.

Pastor made this point last Sunday. Jesus is not the reason for the season. Jesus' mission is to atone for our sins right? Cause he was sinless. So without our sins, Jesus had no mission. So alas, I am the reason for the season. I will give to Jesus praise for atoning for MY sin and making me a co-heir in His Kingdom which has no end.

This Christmas I offer Jesus my faith in him & I'll try to do better at reading and studying his word. How he loves us to come to earth , born in a stable , he freely laid down his life that we can be free for evermore he is the King of Glory and coming soon.

It is nice to be a part of a group that understands. '...Salvation is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast...' We have that Gift through Christ.
