What are you using for a subsonic load? I'm using a 8.3 grains of 4227 behind a 208 grain Hornady A Max. I found a reference that said 10.3 grains would be subsonic but it is too fast according to my chronograph.

Started with 10 g unique. Need to back it off a bit more. 180g lee boolit. 230 is stabilized but a lot more drop.
