Why can't I seem to find a .402 die for my lyman 4500?

You could ask Buckshot here on the forum, he makes custom sizes.

Go to Community at the top, then pick Member List, then look up Buckshot.
You should be able to select e-mail at that point.

Buckshot can set you up or buy a .0401 die & lap it yourself.
