View Full Version : Zinc ingots?

I have what i believe are two fairly large zinc ingots. they weigh just under 65lbs a piece. as you can see the big ZN is why i believe they are zinc. the other one has four sections with PRIME, TADANAC, MADE IN CANADA, WESTERN on them. anybody know anything about these?

You should PM the guy that trades for zinc and ask him. I can't exactly remember but I think his handle is something like "shadygrady". I'm on my phone otherwise I would search and find out for sure for you. Good luck.

Remember......there is another whole primary metals world out there other than our coveted little Pb world!

Zinc is used in galvanizing sheet steel and other metal items. TONS of it! Much more Zn used than our precious lead.

Those are probably from a small Zn plating operation.
