Pinds for a Lyman 45

I need the two pins for the lever on the Lyman 45. Have any of you machinist types made these? I currently have the problem solved but the solution is kind of Mickey-Mouse. I got this lubrisizer very reasonably, it is in excellent/new condition and deserves better pins. It came to me without the original pins.
