Does anyone use a computer progam to invoice your gun repairs or is paper and pen still the best method? Since the day job is "Systems Analyst" I would kind of like to move into at least the late 20th century in the gun shop.

David,

If you have a copy of Office 2010 Excel, there are multiple invoices to choose from. One of them should be close enough for your needs.

I hope this helps,

I use Quick books. It keeps track of all my expenses as well as customers and bills. Also it can be transferred to turbotax if you do your own taxes.

Thanks, Uber. I use Office 2010 daily but use little of its capabilities. I'll take a look.

John, I'll take a look at Quickbooks as well. I'm just starting to take work in after a move shut me down for almost 3 years. I'll probably have to move 2 more times in the next 6-7 years. It's been a uphill climb but part of working for a large company for the day job.

Thanks!
David
