The 45ACP has been around for over 100 years, and can't be improved on. I have been using 5.0 grains of Pyrodex P in mine since 1956, sized to .449. Is is clean burning and accurate at over 200 yards, and expands like crazy. So clean burning, I haven't had to clean my gun since 1956.

Can I tumble lube regular lube boolits? Can I shoot cast boolits in my Glock? Can I load this mystery powder in my boolits? I can't get my 9mm to stop leading....

Tumble lube is ok on regular bullets unless they are GC shot without GC. Glocks require polygonal lube grooves.

As was said, Golden Boolit Awards are very limited. They are awarded in recognition of excellence in contribution to the knowledge of the cast boolit shooting world. When those guys talk, I recommend you pay attention.

We were going to give one to Lamar, but made him a staff member, instead. Staff members can't have them, and we figured he was more valuable on staff, instead of having a trophy. That is also known as screwing up in reverse.
