What make is this die and punch

Bought up some odds and ends; in the mix was this .311 sizing die and a punch marked 300. I use Lyman and RCBS. This is neither. Please, someone I.D. these for me.

It's hard to say without any measurements, but the die looks similar to a Saeco. Since you've ruled out the punch being a Lyman, I'd guess it's a custom one of some sort.

Neither part are Saeco. The top punch for the Saeco would be threaded, and the bottom of the die would also be threaded. I can't make out any threads for a die nut on the bottom of the die and the top punch is similar to the Lyman.

No threads on either, the punch is long and tapered. In the first pic the punch is lying horizontal to the die, the die has it's pin intact.
