If the cylinder locks up tight, times correctly, and the trigger pull feels good, you did fine. Shoot the heck out of it and enjoy!

A m-29 hereabouts in any shootable condition would run at least 500. If yours shoots OK, you made out.

You bought a gun and you don't know what it is? Don't know what it is worth?

You are screwed but it has nothing to do with that gun.......

If you have any questioned about the servicabilty of the gun take it to a gun smith. The price seems very good if there are no problems. Saw one at a gun show a short while back that had all the blueing stripped off and the guy still wanted 650 for it.

Exactly.

Buying something you know nothing about and have no clue about the value? Dumb, just plain dumb.

I feel that sugar coating the obvious is what got this country into the mess we are in. I think we are better off when we speak our minds.

I always wonder what a person is "browsing for" when they come across something like this....why didn't he come across water skiis or tennis rackets or notebook paper? 55 gallons of "lube"??

Though I agree with you in general, some folks I only want to hear one time because after that I know they are not worth listening to. Think of a guy in a white house.

The reality of it is there are many things I look up for work and home. Found this a couple of years ago and it stuck to memory. When I read this guys post it reminded me of that "keg".

btw in the past I do remember being able to buy Moly (MoS2) for $47,000/ton. That would coat quite a few jacketed bullets. I also remember finding some salad dressing in a 1,200 gallon tote, the price per ounce was quite stellar.

Yes, you caught me. I have a warped sense of humor and I laughed till I cried when I read the reviews on the "lube". Guilty as charged.

As UPS discretely unloaded my 55 gallon drum, the driver accidentally spilled it into my driveway. Any amount of cars can now fit into the garage.

It is interesting that people like this ask questions ( in some cases....not this one ) very detailed and want all kinds of information and then never come back to take the time to read what you invested your time in.

I've just about quit making replies to this kind of thing.
