I have just been ordering and waiting. Took two weeks to get five pounds of Blue Dot.

There are numerous stores on-line that have some in stock. Might not be what you want, but if it burns, load it! I just refuse to pay that stupid hazmat fee.

I find all my powder locally at my favorite gun stores. No shortages to speak of. Bought 16# at a gun show a few weeks ago. (I know the hazmat fee is in there, so don't even go there.)

You need to think outside the box and not look for the old standards like Unique. Everybody loves it (for what reason escapes me!!!) and it is never around. There are better and cleaner powders out there that I use successfully on everything fro 9 to 45LC.

If you're willing to do load development work, check out http://www.gibrass.com/gunpowder.html
His top three listings might work, depending on what you're shooting. Buying in bulk amortizes the hazmat fee.
If you have a couple of loading buddies, and some containers to repackage the powder, prices per pound would be low.

If you add your location, someone in your area might be able to give you a specific store name.

Don't know where you are or what cartridges you're loading, but Graf's has IMR 4759 in both 1 and 8 lb. containers.

Since you were not specific, I can't be but I received an order from Powder Valley yesterday containing primers, and three types powder.
Ordered it last week so I don't know what they have now.

You might want to call or just place an order. Some places get it in, fill orders and may not even update their web page. It wont sit on the shelves long enough to post it !

Since we can't hardly order it in we have to see what shows up, but I actually picked up some 2400 black friday, and some more showed up today. It has been a while since 2400 hit town, so maybe (hopefully) it may be easing up some.

I use this site, its a bot that is programed to find various reloading and shooting data. You can specify "in stock" with the check box.

Love Life and jmortimer, you might try www.startpage.com and www.dogpile.com for your searches. Although startpage uses google, it masks your dns address giving you just a little more privacy and forcing the NSA to spend more of your money to spy on you. Because Google is anti 2nd amendment or at least anti conservative, www.dogpile.com will oft times include results that Google filters out.
