Help identify this gauge and mandrel setup

This looks completely custom to me. I got it in a reloading equipment lot for pretty cheap. I want to use it to measure neck thickness but I have no idea where to start looking for mandrels for this thing. Anyone out there that may have a clue, please give me a shout. Many thanks in advance.

Looks like it might have been used for the same purpose that you are wanting to use it. I can tell you that the Federal indicators are of really good quality.

That looks like a universal mandrel unless you are loading sub .224.
Make sure the contact tip is snug, set the bezel of the indicator to zero and use it as is.
