I have a gen 1 SAA in 45. The ejector tubes a bit ratty. Looking to get a clean one this side of breaking the piggy bank.

Wonder if a Uberti ejector tube would work?

Changing externally visible parts on these old guns can dramatically drop the market value. At least save
the old one. SAA buyers are pretty hardnosed on this sort of stuff.

Where is it loose at? Is there a build up of crude in the stud preventing the screw from being tightened down all the way causing the tube to appear loose? It the screw or stud cross threaded? Those guns didn't come from the factory with loose ejector tubes, but they can have who knows what happen to them from production to by the time they enter our possession in the 21st Century.
