Can't find a 30 30 thread I have read before

The thread was about using cast in a 30 30 and it was somewhat like an article if I remember correctly. The phrase, "just might be a good rifle/bullet for deer" said in a sarcastic tone but in a good way. I also think the name of the person that wrote the article was Packo Kelly? Anyone able to help?
