Lyman 310 Adapter Die

Where can you buy Adapter Dies for the 310? looking for a 45ACP and 8MM.
Searched through all the posts and can not find any. Internet such did not do any better.

Midway, Graf & Sons, Natchez, Cabellas or of course Lyman (direct.) At one time you could buy one from any of these Lyman approved sources and it came in a big box with a nice #55 powder measure included all at one price... then they would show up at gun shows when people built up an excess supply. In fact, when I talked to a Lyman rep @ NRA one time, he didn't even know it was still available as a separate item until I pointed it out in his catalog!

I guess I called it the wrong name. I am looking for the piece that screws in the 310 under the handles that the case goes in. In the directions they are listed as an Adapter third column on the die chart.

They are a regular item on ebay. Just search for "lyman 310" and several will pop up.

:oops: My bad, I misread your question and described how to get the wrong part. If you will go to the Lyman website and send them an e-mail or open a chat, they should be able to tell you quickly whether the particular adaptor you need is still available. Lyman's production of these dies has been severely reduced, but you might get lucky.

Another possibility would be to check with the 310 Shop. They do show up on flea-Bay fairly frequently, but the guy who puts most of them on seems to think they are made of spun gold, judging by his starting bids! :shock:

You can use the same adapter for the 45 acp and 8mm Mauser.
