I doubt it. Magazines tend to be very gun specific.

My buddies colt mags worked in my P238. If you have access to one to try before you buy that would be cool

Apparently , they will. When I got a Colt Mustang last June, I had the Devil's own time finding a couple of spare mags and in the reviews posted at nearly every site were words like "works great in my P238". Seriously, more reviews were posted by Sig owners than Colt owners. I don't have a Sig or I'd try it but they are not approved here in Commiefornia. (Neither are Colt Mustangs, but I got a deal on a used one.)

Those P-238s only came with one mag and the LGS didn't have spares for sale. My buddy loaned me the mustang mag so I would have two when I went to shoot. Worked spiffy, I've since bought a couple of Sigs extended mags for the P-238, gives me one more round and an extension for the little finger. I am very happy with the Sig. It is the HD all steel model and ain't had a glitch in 500 or so rounds. Would like to have a Colt Mustang too but ....... can't have 'em all.

They work. STAY AWAY FROM PROMAGS!!! They don't fit or feed worth a darn.

Mustang magazines work just fine in both of our Sig P238's, and they're cheaper, too. As freebullet said, I avoid Promags with a passion. I've nothing but bad luck with them in any model pistol I've tried them in.

Hope this helps.

That's good to know about the Colt Mags. I bought the wife a 238 last Dec and was fortunate to be able to get an extra mag at the same time. I have a Colt Government model 380 so I'll try those mags just to know we have a backup if need be. The Govt Model was a bit tough for her to puill the slide back but the 238 is a dream.

Yes, and in my experience they are MORE reliable. Both apparently made by Metalform,
but to slightly different specs on the follower and feed lips.

I bought my Mustang magazines for our P238's from CDNN when they were on sale. No sale going on right now, but here's the link: http://www.cdnninvestments.com/colt.html

Hope this helps.
