Nice looking boolit and splat. This PC stuff is very interesting. Makes for nice looking pictures.

It's actually the epoxy paint, but I'm sure the PC does the same thing, I just haven't found any of the ones I PC'd.

I always like the threads with pics, so I thought I'd return some of the favors.

I wonder how abrasive the different coating are? Hardness and abrasive are two different qualities.

That's what I'm wondering? Long term affect on barrel. Any coating is still softer than a copper jacket though, right?

Hardness and abrasive are two different things. Aluminum is softer then steel but is much more abrasive and most tools that are used to machine aluminum are carbide. Think about sand paper how much of it is made with aluminum oxides so it will last longer.
