Gunsmith for Tuning Up Old Model Blackhawk

I need recommendations for a top notch gunsmith to send an Old Model Blackhawk revolver in .357 to.

The barrel is not rotated such that the front sight is noticeably not centered. The rear sight is adjusted way to the right side to compensate. Shoots OK. Looks ugly. I want it rotated to centerline of revolver.

I also want a new custom cylinder pin to reduce slopiness. Need to get rid of endshake too. Trigger is OK.

Recommendations appreciated.
