I just got this mold. With lyman #2 I am seeing 207-209gr. Supposed to be 230gr.

Also, can anyone suggest a good top punch from Lyman so I can lube and size?

Welcome. This is a tumble lube design, the boattail makes lubrisizer sizing messy. Search the 45-45-10 lube threads and consider that option. I heat the lube on a hot plate and dip these to cover the bearing surface and stand them up to dry in a piece of PVC board. They shoot great in a DCArms 300 upper on a DPMS lower. Can't explain the weight discrepancy....a harder alloy like Lino will drop lighter bullets....don't know what alloy
that mould was designed for.

A two grain difference is only 1%. That is not bad at all.

As to the stated weight, they vary a lot depending on your alloy.

If yours are that much light, you are probably using a harder alloy.

I just finished casting some nominal 230 grain .44 caliber pistol bullets.
Using reclaimed bullet cores, ( very soft ) mine weighed 241gr.
