Who re-cuts mold cavities?

I have a few 050 2 cavity balisticast molds I'd like to have modified. One I would like to have the nose recut to an ogival wadcutter, pretty much MP's 640 nose style. The other has a damaged cavity and I'd like to have both cavities recut to make a ~250 gr .452" ogival wadcutter 452640 style.

Does anyone out there perform such work?
