I recently ordered and received a couple of Noe molds. I did not order the top punches as I was using a Lee push thru and was going to pan lube. Well I did that and dont care for it so I bought a Lyman 45 and ordered a couple of dies and the top punches that I could figure out. I will be using a .358 sizing die and a .431 sizing die but I cant figure out what top punches I need for the Noe 360-180wfngc and the Noe RD432-265wfngc. I emailed Noe earlier this week but haven't heard back so was wondering if anyone on here would know what punch numbers I need for these two. I do have number 421 and 429 coming for my Lee swc bullets.
TIA

A while back I bought a box of molds from a Gun Shop here in Connecticut. The box had come in from an estate sale and i don't theing the shop owner gave it a good going through. I happened to walk in and ask him if he had any molds for sale and he pointed at the box and said, "Gimmie a hundred bucks and you can have that box". So I did.. And got these:
225407
308329
311316
311359
311413
311414
311252
311465
358430
429244
J03046-45
Problem was, there were no top punches at all.. So I bought a bunch of blank ones (with just a hollow in the front). Then I casted a boolit (actually many from each mold). Then I sprayed one boolit with teflon mold release. I put the blank top punch in my loob-sizer and the boolit in the sizing die. I filled the top punch with hot melt fletching glue (for arrows) and let it cool overnight. Now I have perfectly matching top punches for all those boolits. (Of course I was newer at this and didn't know that there are cross references to find the appropriate top punches, but the glue method works just fine).

495 for the NOEs

& a plain flat will work for the RDs.

Doing the custom fit works & works well also .

See "the professor" he makes big emty TPs just for this.
