Anyone here know the 375 chatfield taylor or 375-338

thinking about new rifle, i dont have anything in the 375 h&h range. so i wondered about necking up a 338 win mag to 375. obviously i found out quickly that i am not the first to think of this. wondering if anyone here has any experience with the caliber?

No experience with it at all. But looked at it as a possibility way back when I was much more interested in wildcats. However, it makes perfect sense, much in the same way the 416 Taylor does. Very straight forward, no headspace issues, common action length, common parent cartridge (458WM). One could have the 458, 416, 375, 338 and 30 cals all based on one parent and cover just about anything-anywhere.
