Nuclear medicine containers

I have eleven of these containers my neighbor gave me.They weigh about 22lbs each. The allow is pretty hard.Does anyone know what mix these are?

The ones I've had were nearly identical to wheel weight alloy, and tested 12 BHN. Others have reported softer....down to 6 BHN.

It seems to be about like WW in hardness. Thanks for the info.

The ones I have managed to get appear to be higher in tin than WW.

I have checked at several pharmacies for these containers, with no luck at all. Any tips on how to find radio pharmacies?

I have checked several nuclear pharmacys, they all said no sales to the public.

I talked to a former renter of a property I keep running. He delivers for a nuclear pharmacy and said they reuse their containers. He knew nothing about how it's done or what they do with the discarded/damaged ones.

Just like scrounging WW. :)

Clearly some nuclear pharmacies will sell to the public because our members have listed various containers in the Swapin and Sellin on a semi regular basis.
