From my Brother.

Marinate meat at least 6 hours in one margarita + 2 tbsp worcheshire + 2tbsp Soy Sauce + 1 tsp liquid smoke

Wrap in bacon
Fry in 1/2inch oil making sure not to overcook. (Still needs to be a little red in the middle.

Works very well on the richer flavored birds like dove and prarie chicken. Should work well on duck or goose, but he hasn't tried it.

Went pheasant hunting on opening weekend and he cooked some leftover prarie chicken this way. Very tasty.
