A 2" PVC (White Plastic) Sch. 40, Pipe Cap makes a suitable RCBS Powder Measure replacement "top" or "cover". It does not fit very tight, but fits about as tight as the original RCBS top or cover. It is over an inch high and fits over the powder reservoir, is stable and usable. It is heavy enough to stay in place. This may be "old news" and everybody else may already know about this, but just in case they did not - now they do. I like it better than the original, old green, hard plastic top or cover and also better than the newer "Soft" top or cover. It is very rugged and is not likely to crack, chip, or break if dropped. Cost is usually less than a dollar at most hardware or plumbing supply stores. Hope that this helps someone, Safeshot
