Do any of the .41 Mag fans here (and I know there's a bunch of you) have any experience with the Saeco #410? I am interested in the boolit for two revolvers I presently own, Ruger Redhawk, 7.5" brl. and Ruger Blackhawk 6.5" brl. I presently shoot the RCBS 41-210 mold with no problems. Want to add a Marlin 1894 FG at some time and am looking for a boolit that would feed thru it. Looks to me like the Saeco 410 would feed better than RCBS's design. Any advice here is appreciated. Thanks in advance guys. JW

I don't have either of those molds.
but if you are a bit patient, "something in a round nose fp that will work in a marlin lever gun and a revolver", that pours to .4135 or thereabouts [with and without a gas check] is under development.
I have some numbers and such kicking about, and a new mold maker is making some inquiries.
it's high on the list of first molds to get done.

Thanks Run, and since I don't own the said Marlin 1894 in .41 yet, I can certainly be a little patient here. As I said the RCBS mold does fine in both revolvers and I am happy with that. Just thinking ahead here I guess. And, well, a guy always needs a new mould, doesn't he? JW

You might also give the Saeco 409 / 413 /415 TC boolet moulds a look, they should feed well in rifle and handgun ! make sure the COL with the #410 will cycle in your marlin rifle ?
For 99% of my shooting in my 44 mag handguns and my marlin 44 mag rifle the saeco #420 200gr TC bullet is excellent.

I just loaded some up a couple nights ago. I plan on throwing 6 grains of trailboss under it...although I cant help you with feeding in your marlin as I will be shooting these from a Smith Mod 57.

the marlin needs a nose to crimp groove length of no more than .30" i'm patiently looking for one of the leverguns too.
i'd prefer a model 92 and might have something re-barreled or sleeved if I don't find something else.

Run, since the Marlins are so scarce I have also thought of the 92 modification. I love the old 92 action, and believe it would serve the .41 quite well. I still got my heart set on the Marlin 1894 FG tho. JW
