Powder Slides

Have a Star Universal, but only have 3 powder slides. Anyone know of source for powder slides, or an adjustable?

Several sources for powder slide.

One, the Star Reloader Forum. www.starreloaders.com. Join and place a post for what you want.

Two, eBay. Powder slides appear quite often.

Caution. The slides may be altered so they do not throw what is stamped on them.

Another option is to have a slide bored larger with a 0.500" hole. Then use interchangeable bushings. This is the method I use. I stamp the bushings with the value in cubic centimeters (CC's) and use the Lee method for selecting bushings based on the lot of powder I am using.

Last, I can machine the parts you need if not found.

The replaceable bushing method is a good way to go. The bushings are machined pretty cheaply and they're quick to replace.
