Not sure if it "accurate," but it is usable data:
55 Cast #225646 gas check Alliant RL-7 11.5 1758
Remarks: sugg. start load; 17,000 cup; 2.260" OAL; potentially most accurate load
55 Cast #225646 gas check Alliant RL-7 15.6 2226
Remarks: max. load; 25,300 cup; 2.260" OAL

I was given some Reloader 7 data for .223 once. The data I was provided was much hotter than what Jmortimer put up, so it must be jacketed data that I was given.
Re-7 powder, 19.3gr@2600fps, 20.2gr@2700fps, 21.1gr@2800fps and for +p 21.5gr@2850fps
I tried a few of the NOE 225-55 but they were 62 from my alloy, a gator check and Tac 1 lube. I tried them with 19.5gr of RL7 and they functioned, but accuracy wasn't good.
I took note of the data that looks like it came from a Lyman handbook. I'd been meaning to try a lighter charge with that boolit.
2wheel- I think that is jacketed data. I have been doing some similar tests with 55g Midway Dogtowns over Re7 for my AR15 with pretty good success. See my other posts on accuracy with AR15. Joe
