Dual cavity round flat nose, single round ball, and ....

Maybe a slugging blank?

You might cast with all of the cavities and check measurements. The "257" might just be a cherry identifying number or a number to keep the mold halves together.

I have no idea of relative size but I'm guessing a buckshot, 311008, and a slug mold for 30-32 calibers.

There have been alot of molds made in little shops on the side. A buddy asks a friend and it becomes a side project, or goverment Job. Working in several tool rooms at diffrent companies I have made several bullet molds, sinker molds, tractor parts, firearms parts ect ect. You may have one ofthose side jobs that has been floating around. Most makers production and custom mark them for future refrences. Oh and it wasnt always fellow workers that asked for special things. Had a manager that had me duplicate a brass golf putter he liked. Ive seen alot of things made in these tool rooms and shops on the side. You may find out who made it but chances are you may never know.

The twin cavities look to be a nice little PB of around 60-70 grains. It looks to be a really good small game boolit for the .25-20's.

Did you get this with all the .25-20SS stuff in your other post?
