I like to ask any one know who makes a magazine that will holds 10 rounds for the older Kart conversion units.
I have a friend that has the unit that came with 2 steel magazine but they only hold 5 rounds

Alot of the conversions were made for NRA Bullseye shooters. So one gun could handle all 3 stages rimfire centerfire and 45. Groups in these matches are shot in 5 round strings. So thats all that was made. The mags for kimber conversions may work with it. I have a Marvel conversion for my 45s and it shoots great. Alot of these conversions used the mags for te colt 22 I believe it was the ace.

You might have some luck with the GSG/Sig 1911-22 magazine. I recall some people talking about using them in converted 1911's in the reviews when I picked up a spare online. If it doesn't work, it should be easy enough to sell.

Get some of the Kimber composite mags, they can be fitted easily and can be altered to hold 15 rounds.
they work in all my conversion kits, Kimber, Colt, Marvel, ect.. Midway had the last ones I remember getting..

The 10-round GSG magazines are considered to be the most reliable among most of my fellow bullseye shooters.

I use ciener mags in my kimbers, they are a sturdy construction similar to the early kimber mags before they went to the plastic mags ,I have them in 10rd and 15 rd , put thousands of rounds through them with out a problem still going

I have two Karts and an identical unit made by John Dworak of New York. A Colt Ace magazine or the Metalform magazine will work. Metalform made the Ace magazine for Colt. I just saw the Metalform magazine for $48.00 from Champions Choice. There are several places that sell the Metalform.

I also got a Colt Ace magazine for my Kart Conversion. It works good in the Kart.
