Cast a few tonight. Made up some fresh #2 alloy to cast with. I just really enjoy casting with my steel molds.

Now to size and start working up a good load for my 30-A3.

Somewhere about 14.5 to 15 gr. of Unique should make you happy on that.

or 16-18 grs of 2400.
I had mine converted to fit the master caster and use a 4/6 alloy, I turn the wife loose for an afternoon and get 40 or so pounds of nice boolits that make tight groups in the 308's.

sometimes they even look like this.

Excellent boolit!! Originally purchased that mould for .308 but it's also become my 'go-to' for the Garand as well. Over 37.0 gr AA2700, groups a full MOA (or better!) than milsurp ball ammo.

One of my current favorites.
