Redding/Saeco customer service

I am rebuilding a couple of saeco lubesizers and needed new seals for the plunger. I emailed Redding and got a prompt reply from Chris in customer service. I ended up going to the factory in Cortland, NY and picking up the parts in person. I was able to meet Chris and he was as helpful in person and he was online! Thumbs up for Redding Saeco, a pleasure doing business with them!:bigsmyl2: Tim
