that I forget. Went to shoot some this morning and left the ammo for one of my pistols sitting on the bench at home. Last time out I forgot the tripod for my Chrony, time before that some targets. I'm going to have to make a checklist!

I bought my first Chrony used. It came in a modified Plano tackle box cutout so the Chrony case just fits, along with a cheap tripod.

Also give a place to store extra 9 volt batteries.

Do not feel bad, I have left firearms at home, had to go back home.

My old hunting partner used to carry a small, ring bound pad in his shirt pocket with a pen or pencil ... he always called it his "memory" ...

I left my rifle in the middle of the pasture and did not remember till I got home.

Do not feel bad, I have left firearms at home, had to go back home.

Been using google calendar on the phone for reminders for everything for several months now. Hurts to admit it but when memory doesn't do too well....got to do what works.

I drove 350 miles to Nevada and figured out I had left my guns at home. I drove 350 miles right back home that same night.

I never claimed to be smart. just naturally blabby.

I just had a talk with my oldest son where I shared with him one of my favorite maxims: "the dimmest ink is better than the best memory".

Don't feel to bad I lost my wallet at the club Sunday. Credit cards , keycard , drivers , medical cards , and many other things in it pics of grandkids. Talk about a bad day shot some good groups with revolers with cast but suck with the AR at 100yrds.
