Gas checked 45 cal molds

Found these 2 at a local shop this weekend. Recognized the 452490 as an auto rim and picked up the other because it had handles for the same price.

Anyone try the 490 ?

I find it hard to say 'Gas Check' and '.45 boolit' together. I see no need for them. But those are sweet looking molds - hope you got them for a reasonable price.

Thanks, they look nice probably due to minimal use. I have never used a gas check on 45, but do have a model 25-2 S&W that makes a bit of a mess with my 1911 loads. So worth a try.
