Ran out of pistol alloy today casting about 20 lbs of 155 grain 45s and mihec 45-225s. So I had to set up the small smelter and mix up a new batch. Per Larry Gibson's recipe, I melted my 50 lbs of wheel weight alloy, added about 2 lbs of 60/40 reclaimed solder, then added the remaining lead.
Looking forward to adding to the pile of 45 boolits.
