What steps would you go through to make jackets for your .357/9mm

I would try to use 9mm brass as it's available.

I have a 6 ton press.

I tried using a lee sizer, with a turned down push rod to no avail.

How do you guys do it, how many steps?

1 step from 9mm annealed to 0.355... do you have a lathe? i think some guys are using the Lee sizer dies but i am not sure... it is pretty straight forward to make draw dies with a bench top lathe

edit: brass must be annealed!

You'll also find it easier to use .380 acp, or .32 acp brass for .35 caliber bullets.

Hope this helps.

Here is a couple threads for you.

Anything is possible. A trimmed 9mm case sized down with a 92 grain 32 cal core makes a perfect 145 grain JHP .358 bullet!
