Here are some pictures of my easy PC if you are interested. The first pictures are before baking the first time, the powder left from 1Tbl spoon PC, the next is after the baking the first time. The rest are tumbling for second coat and after they came out. the last bowl is how much was left after two coats 1/2 tbl spoon.

I did 400 today I am tired but only used 1Tbl Spoon total powder.

As I recall, you are applying dry, and baking, correct? Nice results.

Yes that is right! I don't do more than one coat most of the time but the 58 cal. minie needs the extra size as the Enfield has a oversize bore

Are you still pre-heating 200 degrees for 5 mins?

not all the time just if I am not going to coat right after casting.
