I have an improved cylinder Mossberg 500 12 guage and a 24" rifled bbl that I have never used. I bought a Lee 12 guage press. The BP manual says to use fold crimp with a BPGS and a brush wad. This combo is too short. I have an old box of Alcan fibre wads, about .5". I added one of those and it was too long, the hull crumpled. I tried cutting one of the Alcans and got an off-center looking crimp.
Do I need an over-shot card, and if so, what would keep it sitting square on the RB?
I have never re-loaded shot shells before, so I know absolutley nothing.
Thanks in advance. Tom
