I have been waiting for Midway to get this mold in for 2 months. It is the RCBS 125 grain 257 mold. With 20-1 alloy it drops them at 127.5 grains, they seem to be just over .258 as they offer very little resistance as I size them with my .258 Lee sizer.

It is a very long and heavy for bore bullet being 1.01 inches in length, shown here with a 257420 70 grain HP for comparison.

It is also very accurate on my 300 yard range. Most of its inherent accuracy is due to it's ability to resist the wind, compared to the little 257420 HP, the 257420 will drift 10 inches in a 10 MPH wind at 300 yards, the 127 grain bullet drifts only 4 inches.

My Haley pushes it out at 960 FPS for 260 FPE with 3600 PSI, when it hits at 300 yards it is still getting 200 FPE. So far it has broken the bolt on my gong and dropped it at 300 yards. I imagine the penetration would be spectacular.

As I say it is also very accurate, here are a couple of 300 yard groups with non weight sorted bullets, these groups are the best of 5 out of 6 shots.
