Missouri Bullet Company Cowboy #14 recipe

Anyone have a good recipe for Cowboy #14 bullets from Missouri Bullet Company. I have a lot of Unique to use up so would prefer to use this.

Looking for recipes in both .38 spl and .357 Mag.

Alliant Site shows 5.5 grains for 985 fps.

You could probably use an even 5.0 grains for SASS/plinking
