I have a very old Ideal single cavity with the blocks not separate but a part of the handles. I'm a bit surprised it is cut for the 311359. It is marked Ideal M'F'G Co, any idea how old it could be?

I believe 311359 was a 32-20 single shot bullet, most associate with the 30 carbine though..I have a few of the integral handle mods and they are wonderful to use.I believe they went to removable ones about 1930 or 31,

The old girl is from the late '20s. I have one of the earliest Ideal molds with detachable handles, and it dates back to 1929, as close as we've been able to identify.

Interesting! That makes this old gal AT LEAST 84 years old or more! Still closes tight as a bank vault, I'll soon be seeing how she casts!

I've got a number of the integrals. I like them very much, and buy more when I have the chance.

Like NZ, if I can find integrals in sizes and designs that are remotely to get used here at the lily pad, and if they are even close to reasonably priced, they come home with me! ;)
