Price for new Crocket .32

I recently saw a brand new Traditions Crocket .32 cal sidelock at a retail gun store for $420. Is that a reasonable price to pay for this rifle?

It is about what most are sold for at the good deal price.I been looking & found a kit for $395.But I must pay shipping also.
