Can the 8x56r hungarian case be firer formed to make the 8x58R or maybe 45/70 brass could be used to make the 8x58r. Cousin was also wondering if 348 brass can be used to form 43 Eygtian or 43 spanish rounds. Looks to me as if he is shopping around for a Rolling Block?

Yeah the Danish can use 45-70 and 8x56R.
For the 45-70 you have to trim the rim @0.028"

No the base dia of the .348 is to big for the two others.

What do you use to form the 43 spanish or 43 Eygtian?

Fireform .348Winnies for the Egyptian and 45-90 for the Spanish. The last one i probably will get some flag for!
I have used 45-90 in my 43 Mauser and they are pretty close to the Spanish.
It will need some narrow tape around the base to center it in the chamber, else it will be potbellied and might split.
