I've seen these upgrades on a S&W 686 surfing the net looking at gun porn and don't know the co that makes them . Does any one have a ideal.

If that front sight is one of the four position settable options then I'd be ALL OVER THAT! ! ! ! If that lower add on is an adjustable target shooting weight bar I might even opt for that as well. But I'm lucky enough to still have good enough eyes that the picatinny rails make me want to gag and retch..... But that attitude may well change in the next couple of years since I just turned 60..... :D

Actually the front lower add on and the big heel on the grips make me think that the addon and grips are geared to benched shooting. Now I really want to gag and retch since to me it's called a HANDgun for a reason. If I want to shoot with such aids I'll get me a Class F rifle.

I haven't looked yet, but a good place to start would be Brownells.

Front sight is range settable - these were used in PPC and Silly-wet competition.

Not sure what the point of the underlug cover is - unless it is just weight to further
dampen the not particularly great muzzle flip.

The rear sight appears to be from LPA, the front sight is a S&W factory 4 position, the cylinder release looks like Hogue. I can't tell who made the barrel weight, or the little bitty rail screwed into the top rib. A little more resolution in the pic would have helped. The grips sort of look like a set of Nill target grips I once saw at a show.

Power Custom or Cylinder and Slide still do these. Most of the parts can be had from Brownell's.

That's a "hammer grip" for repairing target frames, etc.
