I finally scrounged up the dollars, My new
RCBS Pro Melt should arrive this week!
And the weather is finally cooling off enough that
I'm starting to get the itch to start casting again,
And NOE is finally milling the mold I've been
waiting almost 2 years for! Funny how it all comes
together at the same time.:)

Sounds like you've got a lot to be excited about. Enjoy the new toys......err, I mean tools.

The older I get, the more expensive my toys get. :-)

Was in a similar situation to you not long ago. Very happy with my promelt. I wanted my lead furnace to be something I didn't have to fiddle with to get it to work how I wanted, and I didn't. It just works. I know this whole hobby is about messing with things and getting them to work, but the mess, danger and aggravation of drippy spouts was something I was willing to spend a premium to avoid.

Cherish its beauty for now,,after 10 years, there wont be hardly any paint left on it! But, typical rcbs,it will keep right on working, top shelf pot you got there....

Mine came from a long time friend who bought in in the early 80s. It's missing some paint like Maniac said. It's never missed a beat. Enjoy!
