picked up some lead today at local car shops. first was about 20# and free. second was about 35# and cost me $10. not bad for just stopping by these places on the way to work. left buckets with my name and number on them with a couple of other places. two places told me they hold it for a guy who comes around every couple of weeks. Oh well can't have it all.
I sorted mine today. Had about a 1/2pound of zn, about three pounds of fe, less than a pound of soww the rest was coww. even had two battery posts.
