Today I celebrate my 15th wedding anniversary.
I couldn't be happier. I can't help to think that I am extremely lucky that Mrs. PB is patient enough to deal with me for 15 years, willingly...And trust me, I am neither rich nor good looking. It must be my ability to fix stuff and carry heavy items around.

I have made it to 20 once but never any longer. Seems I must be a real sob or something. But the ex's sure like the money they make off me when we separate.

I think I will stay single this time around.
first wife murdered, second wife stayed for 20 years, third put up with me for just over 6 1/2 years.

I just never seem to get it right so now I think I will leave that part of life for the lucky ones among us.

Im stuck at 18 years, I had a loving wife we did everything together and in March of 2002 she was taken from Us in a car accident. Tell your wife every chance you get that you love her, shower her with love and respect. Theres a chance she may not always be there, not by hers or yours choice but because of someone elses actions.

It will be 17 years for Gail and I on September 24! We have been together 21 years total. Best 21 years ever! Her first time lasted 25 years and mine went 32 and both were disasters, eventually ending in divorce. Great life now except for the health problems Gail has to put up with (as well as putting up with me).

Talk about being stuck! My wife & I hit 46 years on the 3rd. We were married for 3 weeks when I had to leave headed to Viet Nam.

Thanks for all the good wishes everyone, it does mean a lot to me.
Looking at the posts, there is a good mix of time on marriages here. We have some losses, and lots of joy though.
My goal is my grandparents record, 70 years!!!!
Remember to give your spouse a hug when she least expects it. They put up with a lot!
