Couple pics that aren't the best, bullet and case both measure .375 so it is a heeled bullet I would think. Case looks like it is made from a copper alloy and has a P stamped in the base as it is a rimfire case .

The "P" indicates manufacture by Peters Cartridge Co.

actually I think the "P" stands for Phonix.

Thanks guys, OAL is 1.190 and the head stamp is stamped in so from what you have posted I would guess it to be the short and not the long.
