Title says it all. Shooting out of AR pistol. 10.5 inch barrel. 1/8 twist. . I usually use 100% COWW air dropped for my sub sonics. If I need to harden my alloy, let me know...Thank you

I water drop them and load them with 15.3gr of H110 for 2 16" carbine length gas uppers.

Try air cooled and heat treated to see what your gun likes, either should work fine at teh velocities 300 blk operates at.

Another vote for ~15gr of H110.

I started with h110 and this boolit for my 10" AR pistol. I got up to 16.4grs when primers flattened and ejector marks on case head. I ran 15.5grs til I switched to lil gun, wheel weights, water quenched tumble lubed straight LLA and lee sized .309 and gas checked would get about 1800fps in pistol, close to 2k in 16" rifle, 1.5moa+ was best I could get from a rest on a good day. NOW, range scrap/WW (70/30ish mix), air cooled, sized .310 with bens red and gas checked in Lyman 450 over 15.7grs lil gun will do 1moa-ish everyday, 1815fps avg. Cleaned up the details, the load followed.
