I am close enough to walk in and do business with them. I just built a gun from scratch from their receivers. I like it so far. I have a friend that has built several from them and has had no issues either.

They are extremely busy from internet orders. They have not answered their phone in about a year because of their business volume.

If you can stop by their shop, they had everything I needed in stock for immediate delivery. Just the mail order that is slow.

I ordered a lower calibered in 7.62x39 from them first week of January. No response, no answers to emails. My FFL called me mid June told me a lower had arrived. I had already ordered and received, from other people, 2 lowers. I had forgot about the R Guns lower. Thought they disregarded my order cause they wouldn't even respond to me. Thy charged my card two days before it arrived. As for the quality, it's a good lower.

Their policies are cleary stated on the web site. There stuff is good as any for a budget build.
