fried mac and cheese burritos

Had a bunch of leftover homemade mac and cheese. I make it with bacon or ham in it so its about a complete meal on its own. Just for grins i put some in soft taco shells and rooled them up and fried them in oil. My wife and grandkids went nuts over them. Got to say that i thought they were pretty good myself.

Holy cow, that sounds great! My boys would flip over that. May have to try that tonight. :-)

heat the mac and cheese up before you put it in the shells though. They dont spend enough time in the oil to get the filling real hot.

There's a food truck in my neck of the woods called "How we Roll" they do this but with Egg roll wrappers. Very tasty!! On request they will take a marinade injection syringe and will inject it with hot sauce!! Very good!!
